How do I order free samples?

Samples are requested via an individual product page on the website. If samples are available for a particular product, a "Request sample" link is displayed under the Add to Basket button; otherwise, a "Samples for this product are out of stock" message is displayed. If we don't offer samples for a particular product, neither message will be displayed on its product page.

Can I make a request for samples by e-mail or telephone?

Due to the large number of sample requests we get every day, we regret that we are unable to deal with requests that are not made through the website.

Can I order more than 3 samples per order?

Unfortunately, there is a maximum of 3 samples per order and 1 sample-only order a month. You're welcome to request up to 3 more samples every time you make a purchase with us.

Why do you charge a standard delivery fee for a sample-only order when it costs you hardly anything to send it out?

We charge a delivery fee to cover postage, packaging, and the cost of the samples to us. The cost of postage for 1 sample order will be refunded on your next purchase.
