Orders can be placed via our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Payment options
All transactions are in sterling pounds (GBP) and to be paid by credit or debit card. We accepts all major credit and debit cards including Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Solo, and JCB.
UK delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of the order. If the item you order is out of stock we will contact you within 2 working days.
We charge £2.50 for standard delivery on orders up to £35. Standard delivery is free on orders over £35. Despatch is by 1st or 2nd class mail via the Post Office. Express next-day delivery is £4.99 and is despatched via the Post Office or Businesspost.
Express next-day delivery is not available for the following UK postcodes.

Worldwide delivery
Dispatch is within 2 working days of receipt of the order. If the item you order is out of stock we will contact you within 2 working days.
Standard deliveries are despatched through the Post Office. Deliveries to Europe cost £4.99 and is estimated to take between 3-5 working days. Deliveries to the rest of the world cost £8.99 and is estimated to take between 5-7 days. If you require express delivery, please send us an e-mail for a quote.
We are required by law to disclose the full value of the goods (not including delivery charges) on all deliveries for countries outside the European Union. These deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes which are charged once a parcel reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It may be a good idea for you to contact your local customs office to find out what the charges are so you will not be surprised by unexpected charges.

Postage and packaging
We source environmentally friendly packaging where possible. We use 100% biodegradable polythene mailers, postal boxes with up to 80% recycled content, and wood wool void fillers that are 99% biodegradable. The biodegradable bags can be recycled or disposed of as normal household waste. While this means higher packaging costs for us, we still offer competitively-priced delivery charges.
Order cancellation
If you wish to change or cancel an order, please send us an e-mail at orders @ greentrading.co.uk or contact us on 0845 486 0009, Monday to Friday from 9.30 am to 5 pm, with the order number and the date the order was placed.
If the order has been despatched, you will need to follow our returns procedure.
Free no-quibble returns
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to refund or exchange the product provided it is returned within 14 days of receipt. We ask that you return the item unused, in fully resaleable condition and in its original, undamaged packaging accompanied by proof of purchase. Before you return any item to us, please email us at orders @ greentrading.co.uk or call us on 0845 486 0009 between 9.30 am to 5 pm, Mondays to Fridays, for a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Please provide us with your order reference number, the date the order was placed, and the item you are returning or exchanging when you contact us. The RMA number is only valid for 5 days from date of issue so please return the item(s) promptly once you receive the RMA number.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will send you the necessary replacement, or refund your card. For returns in the UK, we will also refund the postage paid for the return parcel. If the postage paid is not clearly displayed on the parcel, please enclose proof of postage for a refund. Card refunds can only be credited to the original card that the goods were bought with. We reserve the right to subtract the cost of delivery from a refund if free delivery was offered with the order.
We regret that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on personal grooming products, lingerie and pierced jewellery for reasons of hygiene and safety.
For UK returns, we recommend you obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when returning goods to us as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. For your own protection, you should arrange for any goods to be returned by recorded delivery.
For returns from outside of the European Union,it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local customs authority if any tax or duty was paid for the returned goods. To do this, you will need to show them proof of duty paid and proof of export (e.g. certificate of posting) when claiming your refund.
Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of the return parcel for a refund or exchange.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Availability
Should your chosen products be unavailable or delayed, thankfully a rare occurrence, we will contact you immediately to give you revised delivery timescales or a full refund.
NOTE: Special delivery arrangements may be in force for Christmas, the New Year and Easter Holidays. An order is considered to be completed once delivery has been confirmed, at which point we are released from all liability.
